Brick & Bower is 100% organic and sources plants and seeds from local vendors!
What is your return/refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with any of Brick & Bowers products, contact us immediately and we will try and make it right!
What is your farm stand hours and location?
Our stand is located at 23212 Johnson Rd. West Linn OR
Do you deliver outside of West Linn, OR?
We are not able to offer shipping or delivery ourside the West Linn area at this time.
How does delivery work?
Once your order is placed and the delivery option has been selected, you will recieve a confirmation email.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do not offer items for wholesale at this time.
How long do flowers typically last?
Our flowers last approximently 5-7 days (depending on the flower).
We recommend providing fresh water every two days for optimal freshness!
How do I know which flowers will be included?
Flower vary greatly season to season and supply/demand.
Can I customize my bouquet?
Your bouquet/arrangement will be hand selected based on the season and supply/demand. If you have a specific color, or type of flower in mind, we have included a section for notes.
Can I include a card or note?
Complimentary notes can be added!
How do subscriptions work?
Purchase your flower subscription anytime! You will be billed monthly starting May and continuing through September. We will email you when your item is ready for delivery or pickup (please note which you prefer at checkout). Artisan gift boxes are seasonal and will ship four times a year. Subscriptions are only available to local customers at this time.
